I guess Ghana specializes in alternative, green computers or uses these methods to repair regular ones??!
Some phrases just shouldn't be abbreviated...
This place is gone now, but I'm happy someone got a photo of the sign. Naming your pub and Internet cafe Virus is just wrong on multiple levels. Maybe they died of one such virus...
Ghanaians can sleep anywhere it seems - on narrow benches, traffic medians, work desks.. but the goats take the cake! Only Ghana goats can make an overstuffed roof of an ancient mini van (tro tro) look peaceful... sweet dreams!
(I've recently discovered a facebook page where various travellers and volunteers put up photos of the things you can only see on the streets of Africa. Some of the Ghana ones above... these things I will definitely miss when I leave the motherland...)

It's almost as if some cultures try on the English pants, and they have the wrong size, or they are on backwards or inside out. But the wearing of the pants is what makes it all so entertaining. These signs are priceless. Long live Virus Cafe! Love these posts, good friend. Keep the cows a-comin'....EFH
Holli, I still miss seeing these signs. I wish I had the foresight to take pictures of the ones I used to see. I once saw a tiny kiosk full of millions of nuts and bolts and screws and nails neatly arranged in boxes on shelves. The name of the place above the door:
JESUS CHRIST NUTS AND BOLTS.
If you needed to be saved or rescued you knew where to go!
Oh my, those signs and photos are hilarious!
fabulous pics - I love them. Only in Africa.
You thinking of leaving "the motherland"?
Love it!! I used to love walking down the streets in Korea & admiring the crazy Konglish signs...Those goats are priceless!
These signs certainly made me laugh! Thank you for sharing!
Only in Ghana will the peace and tranquility of the land inspire goats to sleep peacefully on the roof of a minivan & not feel scared.
Your pictures are hilarious, you made mt day.
They are just sleeping right?
That was my first thought.
and the signs are classic.
Hahahaha. Great photos. You're planning on leaving the motherland???

That is why it is extremely important to understand what cholesterol is and how it
affects your health. It looks just like a measuring tape, and all you need to do is pull the tape up
to the time "measurement" you want. The Integrated Cargo Carrier (ICC) was built in Turin,
Italy and was transported to Germany on a Beluga aircraft.
